The LUCB type insertion vortex flowmeter is in accordance with the international organization for standardization IS07145 (velocity measurement method for fluid flow in the closed section of the annular section - at one point of the section). The vortex frequency probe embedded in the piezoelectric crystal is inserted into the large diameter industrial pipeline, and the Carmen vortex frequency rate is converted to a current or voltage pulse signal or a 4~20 ma current signal proportional to the flow rate.

1, simple and firm structure, no movable parts, high reliability, easy to use and maintain.
2, the detection element is not contacted with the medium, the performance is stable, the service life is long. The sensor uses the detection probe separately from the vortex generator, and the high-temperature resistant piezoelectric crystal is sealed in the detection probe, and does not contact with the tested medium. Therefore, the vortex flowmeter has the characteristics of simple structure, good versatility and high stability.
3, output pulse signal or analog signal proportional to the flow rate, without zero drift, high precision, easy to connect with computer.
4. The measuring range is wide, and the measuring range can reach 1:10.
5. Vortex flowmeter does not need to compensate for volume flow. The output signal of vortex street is linearly related to flow velocity, which is proportional to volume flow rate. The purpose of pressure and temperature compensation is to get the density of the fluid, and the mass flow is obtained by volume flow. If the volume volume of the gas is measured, there is no need for compensation.
6, pressure loss is small.
7. Within a certain Reynolds number range, the flow characteristics are not affected by fluid pressure, temperature, viscosity, density and composition, but only with the shape and size of the vortex generating body.
8, wide range of applications, steam, gas, liquid flow can be measured.
9. The transducers of the insertion vortex flowmeter are very versatile, so that the sensor has good interchangeability. The advanced numerical control equipment is used to process the sensor's body and vortex generator, so as to ensure the machining accuracy, so that the components (especially the vortex generator) are more versatile, so that the repeatability and accuracy of the sensors will not be affected by the replacement of parts. It can generate strong and stable vortex signal.
